We designed a quick  menu for MOMO Sushi's (Brooklyns) karaage chicken only sister pop-up. The MOMO Chicken Shack menu was designed for ease of modification and straight forward reproduction. It used design elements and cue's native to Microsoft word, while allowing additional elements such as logos and stamps to be added during customer and staff interaction.
